I was messing about with my MUA eyeshadows and came up with an awesome party look. Only for the extravagant! I love that these cosmetics only cost £1 each, but I think they might have parabens in them.
I made this look by starting with a wash of Shade 4 pearl eyeshadow, a pale lilac that goes on really sheer, over my e.l.f eyelid primer (I've only had it a few weeks and the writing's completely disappeared from the packaging). Then I took a pot of MUA's loose eyeshadow (is it a pigment? It just says "tester") in Shade 2 and covered my lid. I used Shade 9 pearl shadow in the crease and outer v, a beautiful bright purple, and Shade 13 pearl shadow, a ver dark plummy shade, to darken up the crease and corners and to line my eyes.
I went over my lashline with Bourjois Clubbing Liner in Ultra Black, and then used Collection 2000's Glam Crystals dazzling gel liner in 11 Shake It Up! to line just above the black line, and add 3 wings facing upward and 2 facing downwards at the corners of my eye, like a starburst, or simulated false lashes.
I ran some e.l.f. Treat & Tame in Ash through my brows, and then I put my mascara on. This bit is magic. I doubled up my mascaras, using Too Faced Lash Injection to thicken my lash line and lengthen my lashes, and stuck a coat of Eyeko Big Eyes Mascara over the top, to thicken my actual lashes and add more length. The Eyeko brush is perfect for the job because the bristles are so wide that it doesn't interfere with the good stuff that Lash Injection had done, the way a bushier brush would have.
I did this yesterday with just a nude eye and a black liner, and when my fiance got back from work I was laying with my head in his lap and he asked me why I was wearing false lashes if I wasn't leaving the house. He couldn't believe it was just my mascara!
What do you think? I'm definitely not wearing any falsies!

I hope this post has inspired some of you to get experimental.
Don't forget about my London Lips giveaway!
To be in with a chance of winning (I was going to put a hashtag in there as a Charlie Sheen reference, but my mac keyboard doesn't seem to have one!) an Eyeko London Lips gloss in Soho just subscribe to my blog, and comment saying "Enter me!" or words to that effect.
Here is my swatch of London Lips Soho... I swatched it on my lips... lol.
I think it gives such a beautiful pink glossy finish, great with some rosy cheeks too!
It smells amazing, the texture isn't too gloopy or too sticky either.
If you blot it, you get a much sheerer colour.
Good Luck! If you don't win, don't worry. I'll be doing a lot of these!
